BrosTrend AC3 AC1200 WiFi USB Adapter Review
This is a review of the BrosTrend AC3.
I picked this up to get my full internet speed without being limited to my PC’s 100Mbps Ethernet port or the Wifi’s 72Mbps Cap. I can say, this suits me well in that regard.
Pros
- Super easy to set up.
- The cable is fairly long.
- You dont need the base but better to use it.
- Long range
Cons
- The only actual con I can say about it is that the base is really light. That can be irritating if you want the antennas pointing straight up. Instead, you need to point them back so it dont fall on its face.
Hiccups
- I did have an issue with the BrosTrend AC3 randomly disconnecting but I think that was due to how my WiFi boosters work. I just went into the REALTEK USB Wireless LAN Utility, Click on the Available Network Tab and looked for the Booster with the 5G signal closest to the BrosTrend AC3 AC1200 WiFi USB Adapter and select that. The problem was solved.

What It Does
