Cons: Trust in data management is needed: Requires confidence in internal data handling procedures.
Cons: Some users may still have privacy concerns: Despite being hosted on the same server as the site, users might worry about how their data is being used and stored internally.
MS Clarity (Microsoft)
Pros: Improves user experience by helping me know popular features: Enables the identification of high-traffic areas and popular features on your website,
allowing for targeted improvements.
Pros: Provides detailed insights: Like session recordings, heatmaps, and user interactions, facilitating an in-depth understanding of user behavior.
Cons: Data processed by Microsoft: Involves external processing, which may raise security and privacy concerns for some users.
Cons: Involves third-party data sharing: Data is shared with Microsoft, potentially increasing exposure to privacy risks and compliance requirements.
