These terms are designed to offer you a comprehensive understanding of DestructiveBurn.com. These terms of service apply to the shop free/paid, blog, forum, chat and other extensions of DestructiveBurn.com.

By engaging with the site, you acknowledge your commitment to adhere to the guidelines set forth in these terms. It is important that you thoroughly read and comprehend them. If you do not agree with these terms, you must exit the site, as your presence on DestructiveBurn.com is contingent upon your willingness to be legally bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy, regardless of whether you choose to use the service or become a member or not.

 

 

DB MAIN SITE

DB MAIN – 1 – Purchasing  

  1. When you “buy” an item, you’re paying a price I created that will send you to PayPal.  After completion, the item will be available after purchase.
  2. All Digital downloads are final.  You cannot request your money back.   However, please do contact me if you have a question or concern.
  3. All open pricing (donations) is final.

 

DB MAIN – 2 – Minecraft Grants & Restrictions

  1. a) In consideration of payment, “whether free or paid” you agree to abide by the terms of this Licence, I hereby grant to you to use the item or items downloaded from destructiveburn.com shop.

Grants for Personal & Online Servers

  1. You may download, install and use the files on small or large online servers.
  2. You may download, install and use the files only for your personal purposes.
  3. You can convert all builds to the version of Minecraft you want to play. (Bedrock, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U,  Xbox One, Raspberry Pi, PE) and so on.
  4. You can download,  remix, display and make videos of the content.
  5. You must give credit where credit is due.  All structures and builds on this site need to have credit if you are going to use them.
    Example:
    Downloaded From: (Location URL where you downloaded it from)
    Created By: DestructiveBurn
  6. If credit is already on or in the structure, do not remove it.

Restrictions

  1. You cannot distribute the content. (to promote, sell, and ship or deliver)
    This also means you cannot reupload to Planet Minecraft, Minecraft Schematics or any other website.   However, if you want to implement it into a mod or mods, please contact me and I’ll most likely give you permission to do so.
  2. You cannot share your profile with anyone else to download your purchased downloads or you will be banned.
    This will most likely not happen due to accounts ending up deleted within a month or so.
  3. You cannot rent, lease, sub-license or loan the file.

Restrictions (Global)

Termination (Global)

  1. I may terminate your account and IP ban you immediately if you commit a material or persistent breach of this “grant” that you fail to remedy (if remediable) within 14 days after the service of written notice requiring you to do so.
  2. Misuse in signup with fake accounts is an instant IP ban and they will be deleted.

Upon termination for any reason

  • All rights granted to you shall cease.
  • You must immediately cease all activities authorized by this grant and delete the content you purchased.

 

DB MAIN – 3 – Accounts & Orders

  1. You agree that I delete all accounts within 6 months or so.  This reduces the size of the site and is an extra step toward security.
  2. You agree that I keep all (PAID) orders.
  3. All accounts need to have a real name and a real email.  If you for any reason create false accounts, you will be IP banned.   These accounts are used for account transactions in Paypal.

DB MAIN – 4 – Terms of buying (digital)

When you buy a Store item you’re doing so on the following terms:

  • All the products are digital downloads. All sales are final. No refunds.

  2. b) You cannot cancel a completed purchase of an item;
  3. c) Once you purchase an item and you pay the item price, you use the item under the terms set out in the license above.
  4. d) I retain ownership of the item, including the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in it;
  5. e) I have the right to enforce against you the terms of the license that you have acquired from me.
  6. f) You cannot request your money back if you have already downloaded the file.
    If you do request your money back, I will send these terms to PayPal which you agreed to them.   Remember, I do have proof of how many times you downloaded that item in the order forum.

Refunds are possible with exceptions

  • If I cannot help you get the Minecraft map/schematic to work for you.  I do issue refunds.
    I must be in contact with you to try and get the map/schematic to work.
  • You just don’t get a refund because you say it’s not working or you cannot download it.

Refunds are extremely rare.  I make sure to give you as much data as you need to help you out if issues do arise.  I’m here to help through the contact page or the live chat page.
Do not ask for help by making a PayPal claim.

DB MAIN – 5 – What I promise you about items

I promise you that:

  1. a) I own or have rights to use the intellectual property rights in that item and that item does not infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party;
  2. b) The item does not violate any applicable law or regulation (including those governing
    export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, criminal law, pornography, anti-discrimination, trade practices or fair trading);
  3. c) The item is not false, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or defamatory;
  4. d) The item does not contain viruses or other computer codes, files or programs which are designed to limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware.

 

DB MAIN – 6 – Downloadable Purchases Policies

  • Price Changes
    – Prices can change at any time.
  • Refund Policy
    – Given the nature of downloadable digital items, I do not offer a refund on a purchase unless it’s never been downloaded.
  • Downloads
    – I HIGHLY recommend you purchase on your computer and not your phone/tablet. Some mobile devices may not load all the scripts needed to send and receive the project.
  • Purchase
    – Any updates to the builds will require being paid for again.
    – All personal purchase data is with PayPal and not this site.
    – If you have paid for a purchase and need to download it again, you must give proof of purchase with any of the following: The Order Number, PayPal transaction ID, Account Name or Account Email.   Order or Paypal ID is much better to find.

 

DB MAIN – 7 – Additional Policies

  • Limitation of Liability
    – I, as the sole owner and operator, assume no responsibility for any liabilities, costs, expenses (including legal fees), and losses that may arise from third-party claims. This includes but is not limited to, the following: loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, cost savings, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages.
  • Events or Downloads Outside of My Control
    – I will not be liable or responsible for any failure, or delay in the performance of, any of my obligations that is caused by an Event or Download Outside Of My Control when posting about a product or information on another website that’s beyond my control.
  • Delivery
    – All digital downloads are downloaded to your device and not shipped to your address.
  • Ownership
    – The files in the Downloads are © of destructiveburn.com besides the ones that are free will have full credit and knowledge of the content sitting on destructiveburn.com.

 

DB MAIN – 8 – Stylus CSS Themes & CSS Settings

  1. @license No Redistribution but you can modify the code.
  2. If you want to use my code for your own theme, please ask first.
  3. Do not post my code including the install link to other sources like Userstyles.org, GitHub, Pastebin, Greasy Fork, Social Platforms, or pretty much anywhere.  Just share the page the site link is on.

  4. Respect Everyone, Guests, All Ranks, and Their Privacy.
  5. Keep Private Matters Private.
  6. Avoid Discussing External Problems Here.
  7. Maintain a Family-Friendly Environment.
  8. Know and Follow the Basics of These Rules.
  9. Any harm to users or the chat will result in an immediate ban. This includes viruses, malware, SQL attempts, IP flooding, or any harm to the chat itself.
  10. Spamming or disruptive behavior leads to a 30-minute chat suspension (GAG). Repeated offenses increase suspension time. This includes flooding with irrelevant content that disrupts the conversation flow, but sharing music videos is allowed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • All content, including videos, audio messages, and doodles, must adhere to these rules.
  • Report any violations to the community moderators promptly for resolution.
  • No Harmful Links, Downloads, or Inappropriate Images.

DB USDVC – 1 – Backup and Restoration Feature

The Unofficial Stardew Valley Wiki Checklist includes a feature that allows users to create backups of their checklist data from local storage, which can be saved as “Stardew-Valley-Checklist-Backups.txt.” These backups are intended for restoration purposes and can be restored by adding the provided code.

  1. Privacy: I fully respect your privacy. When you become a member you will be asked to provide some information about yourself. This information will not be used besides the services that you signed up for.  Example:  Downloads.  You will be able to use the information you created to log in to view your purchases.  These accounts don’t last for long anyway and get deleted.

  • Posts in the blog may be copyrighted or other content, therefore, they will get full credit and links to original sources.

 

GLOBAL DB – 5 – Comments

  • All comments but be civil.
    Any abuse, like name-calling, threats, links to other sites, being rude, showing personal information and so on will get your IP banned.  Remember, all comments are held “pending” and will be manually approved before showing up.
  • I do reply to all comments that are civil.  So make sure to keep a lookout.  I’ll most likely contact you within the same day.
